PLB HDPE Telecom Ducts |
These
co extruded permanently lubricated HDPE ducts are used for laying
of optical fibre cable(OFC) as underground OFC Conduits.
PAPL permanently lubricated HDPE Duct is manufactured in state of
the art plant comprises of German Battenfled Extruder and high tech
testing laboratory meeting the national and international standards.
Permanently lubricated ducts are available in lengths of 1000 mts
in following sizes.

The
main raw material being used for the maufacture of permanently lubricated
ducts is High Density PolyEthylene(HDPE).
This raw material is confirming to: IS:7328-1992 or to any othet
equivalent standard. Testing this material as per IS 2530 or ISO
1183 and ISO 1133 the following requirements are met strictly:
- Density
: 0.940 to 0.958 gm/cc at 27 degree C
- Melt
Flow Index
: 0.2 to 1.1 gm/10 min at 190 degree C and 5kg load.
