The charecteristics features of the permanently lubricated material are as under
  1. It reduces the internal co-efficient friction with Optical Fibre Cable
  2. It has the same physical and chemical properties as HDPE, a base and main material.
  3. It is a polymeric material which is integral and strongly locked to HDPE.
  4. It has no toxic or dermatic hazards for safe handling.
  5. It gets evenly co-extruded and distributed as a solid Permanent Lubricant around the bore and along the length of the duct.
  6. It has stable chemical properties.
