Pennwalt Agru Plastic Ltd. (PAPL) was established in 1998, as a joint venture between Pennwalt India Ltd. and Agru Alois Gruber GmbH of Austria with the objective of setting up an ultra modern plant for the production of high performance Polyethylene Pipes. These pipes would be used in natural gas distribution, potable water supplies, telecommunication, and for various other chemical & industrial applications.
